I am a counselling psychologist working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My work focuses on concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, workplace stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, anger management, and childhood emotional experiences.

I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Australia, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from CAE, Singapore. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2) and hold a certification in Family Therapy.

My total combined professional experience spans over 14 years, including 8 years in corporate Human Resources and 6+ years of counselling experience. This dual background allows me to understand both emotional and workplace dynamics with depth and sensitivity.

Having lived and worked in India and Singapore, and currently working with clients globally, I bring a strong multicultural perspective to my counselling practice. I aim to offer a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and supportive, where clients feel heard and understood.

Previously, I have worked as a Consultant Counsellor with a leading multinational bank, providing counselling support to corporate employees through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). I have also facilitated multiple mental health workshops in schools and organisations across Singapore and Mumbai.

My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and relational frameworks. My work is collaborative, practical, and paced according to each client’s needs.I am also doing online sessions and accepting clients from all over the world
