I am a counselling psychologist working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My areas of specialization include anxiety, relationships, managing emotions, workplace stress, burnout, couple conflicts, anger management, childhood trauma.
I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Australia as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from CAE, Singapore. I am also trained in the Gottman Couples Method 1 & 2 and a certification in family therapy. 
My total combined work experience of HR and counselling is over 12 years (8 years in corporate HR and 5 years in counselling). Having worked in Singapore and India, my multicultural background also helps me to understand and empathize with clients of different nationalities, backgrounds, and cultures while giving clients a safe, non-judgmental and caring space. Previously I have worked with leading MNC bank as a Consultant Counsellor providing counselling to corporate clients in the Employee assistance program. Apart from this I have also facilitated a number of mental health workshops in schools in Singapore and Mumbai.
I practice evidence-based therapies in my counselling which is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, REBT, Narrative therapy, DBT, Mindfulness-based Therapy (MCBT), and Gottman’s Couples Method to meet clients' individual needs and goals. I truly feel that by healing your past issues, you can begin to transform your present and achieve your full potential.
